Ourgift2u provides the technology platform and may support fulfilment. PromoBox is the owner of the subscription experience. Delivery may occur via Ourgift2u partners or Amazon logistics depending on the offer.

PromoBox subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely using credit cards or debit cards through approved payment gateways.

Billing frequency depends on the selected plan and may be monthly, quarterly, or annually. The billing cycle starts from the date of successful payment.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle.

Yes. All PromoBox subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If a product is unavailable, PromoBox may substitute it with an item of equal or higher value or provide a gift card or equivalent promotional benefit.

Subscription boxes are non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds or replacements are handled at PromoBox’s discretion.
